Originally developed by Coastal Chemical Company L.L.C. (a division of BRENNTAG North America), N-SPEC cleaning chemicals have already been successfully applied in cleaning crude oil and gas pipelines, flow lines and gas lift wells at ~400 companies worldwide. The technology has been used to remove waxes, paraffin, salts, carbonates, iron sulphide, black powder, sand, stones and production-robbing solids.
In 2000, N-SPEC® was introduced in Europe. Building upon the breadth of experience of Brenntag North America, Brenntag Oil & Gas Europe has executed already more than 50 service jobs successfully at several major pipeline owners & operators in Europe.
